Dental problems rarely wait for a convenient time. If something's flared up overnight, cracked at lunch, or come loose after a bump, we'll try to get you in as quickly as we can, usually the same day if you ring before lunch.
The first priority is always to settle the pain and work out what's going on. Dr Lin will take a careful look, explain what he can see, and talk you through the options for sorting it out — either straight away or in a follow-up visit.
There's no lecture, no judgement about how long it's been since your last visit, and no pressure to commit to a big plan on the spot. Just gentle relief and a clear next step.
